On this page we would like to tell our visitors a little bit about us and our beloved cats.

We are Piet and Gerry Broeders, owners of the Woolly Home Cattery, which is registered since 1986. Our cats are our 'pride and joy'... together with our children and grandchildren. We have three beautiful daugthers and two beautiful grandsons. Like us, they also are involved in the 'catworld'.

Our very first cat was a blue Persian boy called Dinky! Dinky was a none pedigreed cat and he lived with us for 19 years. After his loss we knew we never could live without an other Persian cat again. They are beautiful in all ways and besides they are as sweet and gentle as can be!
So... after our first Dinky we bought an other Persian Dinky in blue. Together with a pretty cream Persian girl, called Sheila, we made our first attempts into our pedigreed Persian breeding and showing program... that was about 20 years ago!

Woolly Home is a PKD tested Cattery, located in Kampen near the beautiful IJssel in The Netherlands. We do not have many cats for breeding, so we only will have a few kittens once in a while- even not every year.
We very much like to present our cats on the show as most of our cats like to get the attention they get from whomever it may be. Showing for us and our cats means fun, and of course we are extremely proud on our winnings as well. Together with the shows we've met a lot of friends who are still very valuable as of today.

Woolly Home's cats and kittens are members of our Family, and they have the run of our house. Kittens are raised underfoot, they are very spoiled, and we are giving them all the love and attention they deserve. Woolly Home is combining the best, healthiest and Award winning lines. We take pride in the fact that we have many return customers.
